Employment Opportunities

At the London Food Coalition, we believe in food abundance, not scarcity. Every day, we work alongside a network of community organizations to ensure that good, nutritious food flows consistently and reliably into spaces where it is most needed. Our work is grounded in dignity, relationships, and the understanding that access to food is not a charitable act, but a shared responsibility. As an employer, the London Food Coalition is committed to creating a work environment that reflects these same values. We prioritize collaboration over hierarchy, relationships over transactions, and purpose over process. Whether you are working in the Food Hub, on the road, or supporting coordination behind the scenes, your role contributes directly to a system built on trust, care, and accountability. We recognize that meaningful work is not only about tasks, but about impact. At LFC, employees are part of a team that is actively reducing food waste, strengthening community capacity, and supporting equitable access to food across London. We value individuals who bring reliability, curiosity, and a commitment to community, and we strive to create an environment where that work is supported, recognized, and connected to something larger. Working with the London Food Coalition means being part of a growing movement that is rethinking how food is shared. It means showing up each day with intention, knowing that the work you do helps connect people, resources, and community in a way that is both practical and deeply meaningful.

Fresh Food Abundance

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT: At the London Food Coalition, we begin by grounding ourselves in this place—Deshkan Ziibiing, the land along the Antler River, known today as London. We live and work upon the ancestral territories of the Anishinaabek, Haudenosaunee, Lunaapéewak, and Chonnonton Peoples, held up in the Dish With One Spoon Wampum Covenant, a treaty that reminds us that we share one bowl, one spoon, and the responsibility to care for all who rely on this place for nourishment. We are also bound by Treaty 6 (the London Township Treaty), which calls us into right relationship with the original peoples and with the land itself.
